Seventeen’s ‘The City’ Project


As one of the rising stars in K-pop, Seventeen has set themselves apart as a “self-producing” K-pop group, garnering fame and recognition that matches that of BTS. Luckily for us in Thailand, they’re coming to do a concert on 23-24 December. While counting down to Seventeen’s concert, wouldn’t it be fantastic to enjoy some fun events happening before their performance?

For fans of Seventeen, now you can rejoice as Seventeen’s ‘The Cityproject — an event that will fill Bangkok with a variety of entertainment options to indulge in — is coming to the city this Saturday and last till February 2024.

Following their imminent concert on 23rd December, Seventeen has unveiled a project that will take over the streets of Bangkok.

Seventeen’s agency, HYBE, is partnering with Siam Piwat, a major retail company in Thailand, to bring a project called ‘The City’ to Bangkok this coming Saturday. This will give fans a chance to join in and enjoy various forms of entertainment in anticipation for their upcoming concert. What to look out for in this event is a Seventeen-themed shop that offers exclusive Seventeen merchandise.

The City projects also took place in five cities in Japan, including Osaka, Tokyo, and Nagoya, and included cool things like a Ferris wheel in a shopping mall and a train covered with the band members’ pictures.

The project will run until the 16th of February 2024.
