Chinese bars in Bangkok

Although Chinese New Year is a time for family, sometimes you just want to be out on the town and enjoy Bangkok nightlife. To spice things up during CNY, why not hit up some of Bangkok’s Chinese-themed bars?

Here’s our selection of some of the most instagrammable Chinese bars in Bangkok where you can celebrate CNY with great drinks to boot.

1. Ba hao 八號: an even more Chinese cut of Chinatown

Don’t get this confused with the similarly-named Ba Hao Tian Mi which we covered in our Chinese-style cafes in Bangkok. Our Ba Hao is a lot more adult as it features a cocktail bar in a cozy space reminiscent of classy Hong Kong movies.

For those looking for a meal, their Chinese comfort food is also very popular with the locals.

PS: They have rooms available too, in case you get really hammered.
