Phupa: public park opening in 2023


Life is much easier when it comes to living in Bangkok. One good advantage of being here is that there are many meeting places and public transportation choices for our convenience. However, it might be difficult to find secluded places to relax.

To all those who want to disconnect from the city’s chaos, don’t get discouraged yet. A new public park in Bangkok is about to open next year.

Here’s what we know so far about Phupa Su Maha Nathee (สวนภูผามหานที) or Phupa New Public Park, a new public park to be open in 2023.

The Bangkok Metropolitan Administration has announced a plan to open a brand new public park called Phupha Su Maha Nathee in 2023.

Sitting on a 10-acre site, this new Bangkok park is one of the recent projects under the campaign Green Bangkok 2030.

Phupha Su Maha Nathee will serve as a natural learning center complete with lush green trees, bird watching tower, various plant species, and activities for visitors to reconnect with nature, according to THE GEN C.

Located in Chatuchak district, the new public park is set to be open in early 2023. Visitors can pay the park a visit via BTS and MRT Mor Chit.
