Man impersonates krasue ghost
It’s no secret that Covid-19 has hit everyone – many businesses have had to either close their doors or pivot in another direction. This was the case for Mr. Anucha Lopa, a bag salesman, who could no longer sell his products at the flea market due to social distancing measures.
On 3rd February 2021 the travelling-salesman-turned-Facebook-store, Mr Lopa, transformed himself into one of Thailand’s famous horror creatures, the Krasue ghost and live-streamed available commodities from a dark Khon Khaen Forest. His idea has since gone viral, and his sales have increased dramatically.
Spooky salesman goes viral
This Roi Et native was a former courier driver and buddha amulet merchant before deciding to start selling second-hand bags at a night flea market. However, due to coronavirus, the markets were empty and his new business wasn’t looking too good.
Mr Lopa then had to get creative – he used a green screen to transform himself into krasue, a nightmare entity. He truly was dressed to kill with his dangling guts, because netizens loved his marketing scheme.

Human creativity and passion unleashed
Us humans get so creative when we’re so passionate about things, as Mr. Lopa showed – this salesman is a successful example of when taking risks can truly pay off, and just how advanced our thinking can be.
