When we went to the mall while we were just a kid, one thing that completely caught our attention was many sizeable LED TVs that were displayed in the electronics department. Considering their full HD features and interesting shows, we’re convinced to stay around and pay attention to them for a long time. That’s why we feel like we can relate to this boy.

A Thai kid was caught laying on a pillow and watching TV in a mall. Many netizens joked that he was a VIP based on his actions. Keep reading to find out who he is.

On 14th October 2022, a kid was caught laying on a pillow and watching TV casually on the floor in a mall in Ubon Ratchathani. Later, it was revealed that the kid was a vendor’s son who sells stuff in front of the mall, reported Matichon.

Netizens were amused as he treated the mall like his own home

After the clip was released, many netizens joked that he had escaped the floods to watch TV in the mall. Some even deemed him a VIP. Many amused netizens said that he needed a bed and a blanket.

One netizen teased that the kid might like it better than his own home.

Another FB user jokingly asked if the kid wanted some popcorn to eat while watching the show.

A furniture maker humorously offered to send the kid better pillow and a blanket to make his viewing experience more comfortable.

Finally, this netizen believed the boy felt very relaxed while lying down and watching TV like that.

The kid was enjoying his free time

Understandably, staying with his parents might have bored him to death, so perhaps he had needed something fun to do, in order to combat boredom as a kid. We’re glad that he found a way to enjoy his day nonetheless.

Maybe one day – in the distant future – he might be able to afford a television of his own.
