Sitting in front of a computer screen from 8 to 5 the whole week can put you at risk for office syndrome. Therefore, seeking an adventurous activity to participate in occasionally can help lift spirits and maintain physical health for desk jockeys.

For those who thrive on adrenaline and crave the outdoors, like long challenging hiking, check out this Khao Chamao National Park in Rayong.  Not only can you admire the natural beauty, but you can also take on the challenge of a fun hike at an 8-level waterfall.

Khao Chamao is the name of a lush 8-level waterfall in Rayong, a place that adventurous hikers won’t want to miss. Other than its eight levels, the waterfall is known to offer calming and stress-relieving sight and sound.

Just a tip, we recommend you get your body ready before visiting Khao Chamao National Park, especially if you want to enjoy a long trek. The distance to the last level of the waterfall is about 1,660 metres. Also, make sure you come here early in the morning or afternoon, so you have more time for your exploration before the sky turns dark.
