Good news reached out to the inhabitants of Bang Saen when a new little Nihon town recently announced a soft opening.

For those having a desire to take a trip to Japan but finding the costs prohibitive, you can instead make a journey to Bangsaen Toshin — a cute mini Japanese town with real Japanese vibes to experience, located just a 2-hour drive from Bangkok.

On 22nd December, Bangsaen Toshin hosted a soft opening for the first day, gaining a lot of attention from enthusiastic roamers.

As a new landmark in Bang Saen, the place draws inspiration from a Japanese shopping alley, featuring photogenic Japanese-themed shops and restaurants to explore, making you feel as if you were strolling in Japan.

The must-visit is a JR train-themed cafe where you can take photos with its JR train and trick your friends into thinking that you’re in Japan.

Note that this is just a soft opening that lets you come by and enjoy shooting some pics.
