Siam Paragon’s slate of new cafes and restaurants may very well pique your interest—with beautiful mall decorations to get the fam in the mood to celebrate the end of 2021. Also, you may even get rewarded for eating.
Here’s our 2022-ready guide on what eateries to check out first if you’ll be in the vicinity soon.
Other restaurants around Siam Paragon to check out:

1. Mozza by Cocotte
When we think of Italian cuisine, good ole’ spaghetti or freshly toasted pizza may come to mind.
Mozza by Cocotte serves up authentic Italian dishes to fill your bellies just like mama does, with their philosophy of “La Cucina di Mamma”—which means “Mum’s cuisine”.
From appetisers like the Burrata Caponata ฿590 (~USD18), a hefty 150g of soft, sweet cheese as a starter, to Tartufina Pizza ฿890 (~USD27), generously garnished with Asiago cheese, mushrooms, ham and fresh truffle.
We’d highlight Lobster Spaghetti ฿1,490 (~USD45) in particular, as it comes with a whole grilled lobster slathered in tomato sauce topping a pile of al dente spaghetti.
The meat had a springy mouthfeel due to its freshness, and the tangy tomato sauce packed with umami balanced the dish.
As for desserts, look no further than Mozza’s Lava Cake ฿320 (~USD10) with oozy 70% dark chocolate lava paired with rich vanilla ice cream.

2. SUKI MASA
On rainy days, sitting huddled around a hotpot, dipping thinly sliced meat into a warm broth with chopsticks to enjoy ‘shabu shabu’ sounds wonderful.
This is an experience you can find at SUKI MASA, on the G floor of Siam Paragon. The Kansai-style restaurant offers ฿450 (~USD13) to ฿1,500 (~USD45) Sukiyaki Sets, depending on the cut of the meat.
Topping our list of recommendations is the A5 Wagyu Beef Set ฿1,500 (~USD45), which has a naturally sweeter finish to the meat.
Look out for the marbling on the meat, which gives the beef a melt-in-the-mouth finish.
As for soup choices, we’d recommend picking their Tonkotsu Collagen Soup that’s brewed daily for over 8 hours. You can also get a Sashimi Set ฿860 (~USD26) on the side for a well-balanced meal.
Based on our experience, def head down to enjoy the ‘melt-in-your-mouth’ texture of the beef if you’re a meat-lover, as it’s equally delicious without additional sauce.

3. Tonchin Ramen
You’re about to get into hot soup with bae if you don’t pick a place for Christmas lunch stat. If sukiyaki isn’t your jam, consider Tonchin Ramen instead.
Endorsed by BIB Gourmand 2019-2021, we think it’s a quaint eatery to slurp up some noodles while pretending you’re over in Japan for the holidays.
First up on our list is the Tokyo Truffle Shoyu Ramen ฿270 (~USD8). We enjoyed the chewiness of the ramen made especially for thicker sauces. Paired with succulent pork belly slices, the standout dish’s broth includes shoyu used at Michelin-starred restaurants.
You’ll also notice a strong truffle aroma within the soup, so take your time to savour it, along with the bamboo shoots and marinated egg toppings.
Besides their signature truffle dish, we also tried their Tonchin Classic Tokyo Tonkotsu Ramen ฿190 (~USD6), with thicker, chewier noodles bathed in a super umami broth brewed for 12 hours. Harnessing the essence of over 10 different kinds of seafood, it’s definitely one for the memory books.
Finally, for a lighter option, don’t sleep on the Smoked Dashi Ramen ฿246 (~USD7), a sweet and savoury soup made from pork bones and fish oil.

4. CDGRE
Your first question will probably be, “How do you pronounce CDGRE?” All you need to know is that the answer is as surprising as the menu’s offerings at this newly opened bistro.
With all the trappings of what you’d expect at a quirkily named cafe, we spotted the classic London Fog ฿180 (~USD5). For the uninitiated, that’s Earl Grey tea, with a splash of vanilla syrup, topped off with a frothy serving of lavender-infused milk.
As for mains, take a massive bite into their Chicken Masala Burger ฿350 (~USD11)—an eclectic fusion of spiced chicken masala sandwiched between two fluffy brioche buns.
Besides burgers, there’s a Carbonara Explosion ฿550 (~USD16), which has notes of sharp cheese and a Caesar Salad ฿180 (~USD5) with capers, lettuce and gorgeous edible flowers.
The restaurant’s menu and concept are curated by the makers of Michelin star restaurants Gaggan Anand and Suhring as well as Carnival Bangkok.
The Yellow Lemon Roasted Green Matcha & White Chocolate Tart ฿290 (~USD9) is a smooth lemon compote topped with granola crumble and meringue. The combination is a great way to bring any meal to a climax.
