If you’re looking for a hi-so dinner spot, come to Seen Restaurant & Bar. Besides its opulent shiny gold decor, you’ll be greeted with a panoramic view of Bangkok’s skyline and the Chao Phraya River down below.

This year, they’re really elevating their game with an acoustic jazz band and fireworks. Nothing is quite as amorous as a sexy saxophone on the backdrop of some flashy fireworks.

Their starting package for couples is ฿10,900++ and includes a 4-course meal with a bottle of Chandon Rosé. They also have a vegan menu.

2. Sky Beach: the companion bar to Bangkok’s famous Mahanakhon sky walk 


While the famous Mahanakhon Bangkok SkyBar has since closed, it’s now been replaced by Sky Beach which retains all the great views of the city from the observation deck that has a glass floor!

3. Siwilai City Club: 5th-floor rooftop bar with good food and view


Siwilai City Club is a bar and restaurant situated on top of Central Embassy. With its minimal woodwork exterior and mini green garden, this is an oasis amid the concrete jungle of Bangkok.

Their Valentine’s special this year is a four course meal that costs a very reasonable ฿1,990 per person. It includes moon scallop with chili butter appetizer into tuna tartare and slow cooked beef. It’s finally finished off with the aptly-named dessert Happy Ending.

At Mia, there’s a private room where you can dine on European-style dishes with your loved one under an array of draping, pastel-coloured blossoms – what could be more romantic than that?

From the outside, Naam 1608 is a lowkey eatery that is tucked beside a metal shop that you could easily miss. Inside, however, is a restaurant with traditional wooden interiors and a view that hotels on this list would kill for.
