Dusty nurses in Myanmar

As COVID-19 has just hit Myanmar and infected 5 people, healthcare workers there were quick to spread awareness to citizens in the country, even those in villages far from cities.
On 26th March 2020, Facebook page Tai Community Online posted pictures of nurses, all covered in dust, as they were publicising about the virus in Shan state, in the northern part of Myanmar.

All the nurses were in the back of a small pickup truck that was going through a dry dirt road with dust flying everywhere.
The truck was also equipped with a megaphone and a signboard with important information on the side, so that villagers could clearly understand their message regarding the new disease.

The post has since been shared for over 1,500 times with over 6,000 reactions.
Thai netizens who have come across the post left behind supportive and cheerful comments for the nurses in the photos – proving that the respect for healthcare workers transcends all borders.
