Here’s some good news for all commuters in Bangkok: the new MRT Pink Line is now available for free rides starting from the 21st of November to the 17th of December 2023.

On 21st November, it was announced that the new MRT Pink Line is open to the public for free rides from November 21st to December 17th.

This line has 30 stations in service, including:

  • The Nonthaburi Civic Center station — You can transfer to the MRT Purple Line at this station.
  • The Khae Rai station
  • The Sanambin Nam  station
  • The Samakkhi  station
  • The Royal Irrigation Department station
  • The Yaek Pak Kret station
  • The Pak Kret Bypass station
  • The Chaeng Watthana-Pak Kret 28 station
  • The Si Rat station
  • The Mueang Thong Thani station
  • The Chaeng Watthana 14 station
  • The Government Complex station
  • The National Telecom station
  • The Lak Si station — You can transfer to the SRT Red Line at this station.
  • The Rajabhat Phranakhon station
  • The Wat Phra Sri Mahathat station — You can transfer to the BTS Sukhumvit Line at this station.
  • The Ram Inthra 3 station
  • The Lat Pla Khao station
  • The Ram Inthra Kor Mor 4 station
  • The Maiyalap station
  • The Vacharaphol station
  • The Ram Inthra Kor Mor 6 station
  • The Khu Bon station
  • The Ram Inthra Kor Mor 9 station
  • The Outer Ring Road – Ram Inthra station
  • The Nopparat station
  • The Bang Chan station
  • The Setthabutbamphen station
  • The Min Buri Market station
  • The Min Buri station — You can transfer to the MRT Orange Line at this station, which is currently under construction.

Rides are free until 17th November, and the line is set to officially open on 18th December, with fares starting at ฿15 (~USD0.43) and not exceeding ฿45 (~USD1.28).
