According to the BBC, the countries in the list include Algeria, Australia, Canada, Japan, Georgia, Montenegro, Morocco, New Zealand, Rwanda, Serbia, South Korea, Thailand, Tunisia and Uruguay. However, the list of safe countries is yet to be finalised and may be amended as the COVID-19 situation continues to stabilise.

For now, international flights to-and-fro Thailand have not yet resumed, so be prepared for a vacation in the near future.
