“Savoury dish” cake in Thailand

If you ask any Thai person if they’ve ever had Kaprao Khaidao (basil stir fry), and the answer will always be ‘yes.’ This street food is very simple and easy to find across the country. It combines your meat of choice, a fried egg, and warm steamed rice which together bring some savoury goodness.
Now that this dish is very well-known among locals, one bakery in Thailand got inspired to transform this into cute desserts people can bake at home. So, now we can have dessert as a “main dish” without feeling too guilty.
