This father showed up at his daughter’s school dressed as a woman. This heartwarming story was shared widely both in Thailand and its neighbouring countries. Here’s what happened.

The father posted a TikTok of himself dressed as a woman and joining the Mother’s Day event at Bannerngroy School in Kamphaeng Phet. The video showed the daughter handing him a jasmine flower and hugging him with a smile.

It turns out that the dad is a PE teacher at the very same school. He explained that the girl was his stepdaughter. He had adopted and brought her up as if she was his own daughter. He didn’t want her to feel sad on Mother’s Day, so he decided to pretend to be her mother at the school event.
