Burger places in BKK for big appetites
Images adapted from: New York Style Steak & Burger, Wongnai, and JIM’s Burgers & Beers
When dining on fast food in Bangkok, the first thing expats notice is how small the proportions are. It can be challenging to find burgers that make your taste buds sing and have your stomach begging you to stop.
We’ve compiled a list of places where the burgers are thick and packed with toppings that are sure to give you a food coma.
Note: Prices vary depending on delivery services and dine-in.
1. New York Style Steak & Burger
New York Style Steak & Burger throws all the punches of an American burger by serving ones too big to hold and plenty of topping between the buns. You won’t be able to make room for appetizers after eating these.

As you can see, the two-story The Manhattan Monster (฿550) just barely stands on its own. The onion rings and crispy bacon are generously topped over the already beefy patty.
But as we all know, there’s no such thing as “too much burger” when you have a big enough appetite.
There’s no need to order a side of fries when asking for The Burger Queen (฿550). This burger uses potato buns to hold together a tower of maple bacon, chipotle sauce and red cabbage coleslaw, just to name half the ingredients.
If that’s not enough, you can ask for extra toppings (฿50) and patty (฿150) for both burgers you can barely hold in your hands.

5. Lick BKK
Cheeseburgers are an easy pick when deciding what kind of burger to have at a fast food place. Lick BKK took that idea and added one fancy topping to each of their cheeseburgers, keeping it simple while giving it a steak twist.
Each burger uses Australian dry-aged beef, so you can be sure the patties have a chargrilled kick that smells and tastes smoky.
The Mozza (฿380 for beef, ฿350 for pork) cheeseburger gets a nutty but healthy flavour with a helping hand from pesto sauce.

If you prefer your cheeseburger tangy, the Wine (฿380 beef, ฿350 pork) is a cheeseburger with red wine reduction sauce.

The Number Four (฿330) is Filet-O-Fish’s fancier cousin that will change your mind about fish burgers. In between the yellowfin tuna and the spicy aioli sauce are beer-battered onion rings giving extra crunch to each bite.
