Authentic Thai food with a twist
Burapa has curated its menu with inspiration from the dishes of Eastern and Northeastern Thailand.

Mok Gai Kai On (฿250) is a dish to try. This chicken dish is steamed till perfectly tender and comes with red egg, which has a softer texture that normal ones. Everything is infused with cardamom and comes with a side of Thai herbs, giving it a distinctive aroma.
Yum Neam Kao Tod with Jellyfish

If you love textures in food, Yum Neam Kao Tod with Jellyfish (฿220) is your to-go dish. This includes fermented sour pork mixed with spices such as dried chilli powder, and is topped with crunchy fried rice.
What’s special about this dish is that Burapa gives it a whirl by adding tender little pieces of jellyfish. So that’s something crispy and chewy in one bite.
Thai-inspired signature cocktails

For cocktails, Burapa has created a signature list of 12 drinks inspired by Eastern cuisine.
Ammarit (“Immortal” in Thai), an amber coloured cocktail with sparkling edible golden glitter – like a magic potion from Harry Potter.
Ammarit, Koi Preaw

Koi Preaw is a blood-red coloured cocktail that comes with the sweet scent of crispy roasted rice powder, a key ingredient in many northeastern dishes, which is an uncommon item to see in drinks.

The food here might be on the pricier end, but the experience to dine in an old-fashioned train-themed restaurant sure makes every penny worth it.

There are 2 different dining rooms (or cabins): business class, and first class – and no need to pay extra for the latter. While the business section is for smaller groups, first class offers an opulent vibe with a sleek gold and black tone and bigger seating areas.
