Milo, haw flakes, and White Rabbit candy. Ah yes, the holy snack trinity of growing up in an Asian household.
It’s 2020 and we’ve seen these goodies being turned into all sorts of wild food items, and it looks like White Rabbit candy has met its new match in the form of Lay’s potato chips.
New flavours in China
The iconic White Rabbit candy is no stranger to being transformed, from bubble tea and milkshakes to ice cream. But potato chips? Now that’s a first. The crossover from sweet to savoury is interesting for sure!
The folks at The Beijinger shared that the chips taste quite like Korean honey butter chips, white still retaining the milky flavour of the original candy.

Lays China has also collaborated with other local brands to come up with more flavours.

These include Salted Duck Eggs and Roast Pork Zongzi with restaurant chain Wu Fang Zhai and Spicy Duck Neck with braised duck store Zhou Hei Ya.
On top of these, you can even try Peking Duck flavoured chips that have been released together with the other flavours.

Though these chips aren’t available in Thailand just yet, we can’t help but wonder what they taste like.
And while no local store officially sells these, you just might have some luck on shopping platforms like Lazada or Shoppee to get your hands on these!
