Recently, Lisa uploaded pics of herself in a Thai traditional outfit during a trip to Ayutthaya. The pictures went viral among her fans in Thailand and led to a boom in Thai traditional costume businesses.

Blackpink’s Lisa recently visited the ancient temple of Wat Chaiwatthanaram in Ayutthaya – a famous province in Thailand. She  then posted pics of herself in a Thai traditional costume.

The post sparked a trend among her fans. Many local and international tourists in Thailand flocked to seek Thai traditional outfits to wear and sightsee the city. This resulted in a high demand for the outfits at many local Thai costume rentals.

It’s no doubt that the demand for Thai traditional outfits help boost the economy in these area. Many Thai traditional costume rentals near the heritage site reportedly drew abundant customers searching for outfits to dress for photos.
