The whole library is made of glassy walls, which allows it to blend in with the environment during the day time and glow like a massive lightbulb at night.

The company owner and architect Mr. Jun Sekino revealed that he wanted the local children to have an educational space to spend time during the weekends according to The Cloud.

It will also house tonnes of books for both kids and adults in the village.
