To make sure Aunty Nang, a cleaner at Chulalongkorn University who’s about to retire, doesn’t feel that way, a group of law students decided to surprise her and her friend with beautiful garlands to show how grateful they are.

Besides handing Aunty Nang a garland, which represents the utmost respect in Thai culture, they also gave her a precious gift: a drawn portrait of her, created by one of the students.
Netizens left kind comments
Translation: Thank you so much for working for the students.
Translation: Good job lads! I’ve told all students I taught to respect each and everyone in the university evenly.
Translation: All jobs are equally important.
Kudos to these guys for reminding us that everyone is equal and deserves to be treated with respect.
