Thai Youtuber ‘Pimrypie’ Helps Auntie In Saraburi Expand Shop To Sell Covid-19 Essentials, Charity Act Goes Viral

Charity story goes viral

Pimrypie, one of Thailand’s renowned Youtubers and philanthropists, has gone viral yet again. After hearing about an aunty in Saraburi who sells BBQ meat skewers – and is only able to use one of her arms due to a medical condition –  Pimrypie headed over to the Thai province, herself.

A story that hit 1 million likes

The first time Pimrypie met the aunty, she asked to buy 34 meatball skewers – the internet personality asked her how much each skewer costs. The aunty replied that each one costs ฿5 (~USD0.17), but each customer is asked to pay as much as they can afford to – the YouTuber then gave the saleslady ฿1,000 (~USD33.42) according to Kapook.

Pimrypie then proposed a business opportunity to the aunty, saying, “Can I also give you stuff to sell? Would that be okay?” The aunty happily agreed, and even let Pimrypie clear her streetcar.

After cleaning the car, Pimrypie then provided the aunty with masks that would be priced at ฿30 (~USD1) per set, and pillows to be sold for ฿60 (~USD2.01). In the midst of Covid-19, people were soon flocking to the aunty’s new mobile shop to buy masks.

Be kind, be like Pimrypie

Before leaving, Pimrypie gifted the aunty with a phone to use the case, in case she needed extra help. The aunty responded by wholeheartedly and enthusiastically bestowing blessings onto the influencer.

Covid-19 has brought the best of humans and are looking out for each other. It’s always important to be kind and give back to society with goodwill. Pimrypie’s an extraordinary example of giving back to society and gaining a lot of happiness back.
