The restaurant is definitely worth visiting, especially for special occasions such as a dinner date. Although the prices can be quite expensive, some dishes come with large portions that can serve up to 3-4 people. We say book a table located close to the window to get the best view.

Free skywalk access for diners
Mahanakhon Tower prides itself with an observation deck and skywalk at the top of the building. Normally, those who wish to admire the view from the very top have to pay ฿650 for weekdays or ฿765 for weekends. But if you’re a SkyBar customer, you can access the area for free.
The deck is just 2-levels above the restaurant, so it’s easy to get to

The best part of the observation deck has got to be the Glass Tray – a skywalk where you can look like you’re walking – or even floating – right above the city!

Bangkok is a bustling city that has always been obsessed with skyscrapers. Before King Power Mahanakhon was put on the map, the ‘tallest building’ title was held by Baiyoke Tower II with the height of 309 metres. But Mahanakhon Tower was launched in 2016 and soared to a height of 314 metres, dethroning Baiyoke II.
But whether you come to Mahanakhon Bangkok Skybar to eat or to simply look at the view, you’ll be guaranteed to have a good meal with that spectacular scenery of the city.
