Handsome Thai election candidate wins the hearts of netizens
An election for Tambon administration organisation’s councilors and chairmen was recently held in certain districts of Thailand on Monday.
Many Thai voters were seen lining up at the polling station to cast their ballots, but this year, one granny made an election history by donning the headlamp to make sure that she marked a cross next to the right candidate she wanted to vote for.
However, some candidates apparently won over voters in entirely different ways.
Here’s the story of a handsome candidate who ran for the Tambon elections in Ratchaburi and won the hearts of many netizens on Facebook.

Handsome Tambon election candidate goes viral on Facebook
On 28th November 2021, Nantachai Butdee, Tam, posted pictures of himself with his political campaign banner on his official Facebook account Nantachai Butdee to persuade Ban Nong Praduk’s residents to vote for him.

His Facebook post garnered over 2.8K shares and became talk of the town amongst Facebook users in Thailand.

Although his pics were posted as an unofficial promotional campaign, the attractive candidate seemes to win over many prospective voters nationwide.
The handsome candidate attracted a lot of attention from the press
The post also drew a lot of attention from media outlets who interviewed him to find out more about his life beyond his political ideals.
During his free time, 30-year-old Tam loves planting trees and helping his mum make and sell food in the morning, reported Khaosod.

The young politician was also surprised at the speed at which his Facebook post went viral, and felt thankful for everyone who said they would vote for him.

When asked about the reason why he decided to apply for Tambon elections as a candidate, Tam said that he wanted to help people access updated info about the village they lived in.
The Tambon election at Ban Nong Praduk district in Ratchaburi is set to be held on 14th December 2021.
Netizens react to the post & want to change their address to vote for him
Many netizens shared their comments on the post. Some of them even wanted to change their address in order to vote for him.

One netizen commented that she would vote for him despite not knowing what his political motions were.
