To help users feel safer, Grab Thailand has introduced a feature where they can request a female driver or chauffeur with no price difference.

Booking a female driver on Grab is simple – in fact, it’s the same process as requesting a ride

Besides the GrabCar option, users can also book a female ‘Chauffeur’ for a V.I.P multi-destination ride throughout the day – which is ideal for someone with a packed schedule.

The ride-share provider’s decision will increase the sense of security for both customers and drivers; netizens have voiced their appreciation for the new GrabCar (Lady) feature.
