As she was working at the health centre, the family’s relative came to notify her that one of the children who were in quarantine had a fever.

She and her assistant then prepared necessary medicine and dressed up in a doctor gown with a face mask and a face shield before getting on a motorcycle to the destination.

The distance between the village and the quarantine house paved with uphill dirt roads and streams, which made it difficult for 2 people to ride on the bike. So, Dr. Soi needed to get off and walk.

Once she arrived, the doctor examined the kid who had a sore throat and a mild fever, so she gave some medicine to the mother to instruct her to monitor the symptoms.

Luckily, the family’s relative told Dr. Soi that the kid got better after 3 days.

Netizens praised Dr. Soi

A lot of people in the comments section admired Dr. Soi for willing to go the extra mile to take care of her patients.
