Although Thailand has seemingly successfully contained the spread of COVID-19 within the country, the country’s economy still suffers greatly as it mainly relies on tourism and export.

With that said, a COVID-19 vaccine is seen as a prominent solution to keep Thai people safe, as well as better the overall economy.

According to The Nation, Thailand has been developing a COVID-19 vaccine since 22nd April 2020. The National Vaccine committee is working to obtain the vaccine prototype and technology from other countries while supporting the development in Thailand at the same time.

We’re rooting for all parties involved in the development of the vaccine and hope that our life can return to real normal soon.
