When December greets, you’ll see many venues in Bangkok getting prepared to celebrate Christmas by decorating their spaces with beautiful Christmas trees, and this prompts masses of folks to gather and snap pictures for their Instagram.

1. Siam Paragon — explore Christmas light displays at Bangkok’s famous shopping centre

Siam Paragon partnering with BVLGARI is boasting a lovely Christmas tree in its front yard, next to the BTS Siam station, to celebrate our imminent festive season. The tree is adorned with illuminating stars and B letters representing the brand BVLGARI. At the base, you can see a big glowing BVLGARI sign.

Nearby, a walkway is gracefully decorated with several luminous arches, making it an attractive spot for some nice photos.

Additionally, there are many festive light displays you can explore and snap pics with, such as a blue-hued light display of a castle, and a large panel made of yellow string lights with the word BVLGARI in the middle.

2. centralWorld — a Christmas celebration with a Pikachu theme

Not far from Siam Paragon, we have centralWorld exhibiting a towering Christmas tree. And, something that will catch your eyes is two giant inflatable Pikachus sitting beside the tree. Between the Pikachus lies a cheese-themed tunnel which is a popular spot that many visitors to enjoy photograhping.

Keep exploring, you’ll find quite a few entertaining arenas with photogenic decorations scattered around at Outdoor Square outside the mall. Also, there are enticing Christmas-themed food stalls lining up with a wide array of food items to try, reminding you of a Christmas fair in Europe.

If you are a fan of music, from 21 to 31 December, the mall is offering centralwOrld Bangkok Countdown Music Festival, featuring concerts performed by many acclaimed Thai artists and bands.

3. Central Embassy — take a walk through a charming Christmassy corridor

Just three BTS stations away from Siam, Central Embassy is another location worth checking out for photogenic Christmas decorations.

Outside the complex stands a towering Christmas tree adorned with twinkling string lights and adorned with plenty of toy presents. Alongside the tree, you can’t miss a huge Santa Clause figure with his massive sack surrounded by house toys in diverse colours and designs.

The highlight that you don’t want to skip here is the corridor connecting Central Chidlom and Central Embassy. The corridor will surprise you with its awe-inspiring Christmas theme. , where the entire space is adorned with tree branches and red bubbles, making the scene look magical.

4. EMSPHERE — check out this new Thai mall with a Christmas vibe

EMSPHERE, a new luxury shopping mall that opened its doors on December 1st, has joined in the holiday cheer by showcasing vibrant Christmas decorations. Just walking past the mall, you will spot a beautiful Christmas tree that’s glowing in many bright colours.

The outdoor decorations look impressive, but once you enter the building, you might be even more stunned by its hanging ornaments, such as golden stars and round white fabric hangings. The area is vividly filled with winter-themed stalls and ornaments, giving off a European feel.

5. EmQuartier — an eye-catching shopping mall next to the BTS Phrom Phong station

To get here, you need to take the MRT train, instead of the BTS, to the MRT Samyan station.
