Bunluerit Brothers feed locals and elephants in Ayutthaya

Since COVID-19 started to spread in Thailand in the beginning of the year, lots of locals have lost their jobs and ways to earn money in order to sustain themselves.
To help alleviate this problem amidst the crisis, the Bunluerit Brothers, twin actors who are well-known for also being activists, celebrated their birthday by sending help to people in need.
Food and necessities were distributed to over 1,000 people

Bin and Ekkapun Bunluerit, twin actors and activists, celebrated their 58th birthday by hosting a big event to provide survival kits to locals.

On 27th May 2020, supported by Poh Teck Tung Foundation and other stars, the brothers gave out over 1,000 survival kits consisting of food, cooking essentials, and other necessities to people in Chang Phaniat Luang village in Ayutthaya province.

During the distribution, staff were on duty to take care of managing spaces and ensuring people followed social distancing rules to avoid catching the virus.

They also gave food to over 100 elephants

Besides giving survival kits to people, the brothers also came prepared with 3 trucks full of snacks like bananas, pineapples, watermelons, corn, and papayas to feed elephants at Ayutthaya Elephant Palace & Royal Kraal.
We’re so glad to see that not only people received help, but animals were also fed and not left alone.
