While they do serve biryani with boiled chicken, as is commonly done in Thailand, they also have their fried chicken version. The fried chicken is a special family secret that ensures a crispy and spicy crust while maintaining moist and succulent meat.
Their dipping sauce is also a Phuket special. While most sauces in Bangkok are sour and green, this shop has a red sauce that is not easily found in central Thailand.

If you’re not a huge fan of fried chicken, you can also try their Phuket-style Coconut Milk BBQ Chicken, called Gai Golae in Thai. The marinated chicken is grilled and basted in coconut barbeque sauce that makes each bite a spicy, fragrant mess.
