Halloween events in Bangkok
As Halloween is just around the corner, many haunting events are popping up around Bangkok for us to celebrate the ghostly night of 31st October 2020.
From raving nightclub parties to extreme haunted houses, we’ve gathered 7 Halloween venues around the capital so you can easily plan a night out with friends.
We’ve also made sure there’s something for everyone, from family-friendly events to adult-only ones.

1. The House of Horror at The House on Sathorn

Dine and drink in the century-old mansion, The House on Sathorn, which will make you feel like an ever-young vampire. After the meal, get ready to face your fears on the second floor, which will be transformed into an “abandoned” zone filled with horror and mysteries.
The prices start from ฿400/ticket with 1 free drink, to the VIP ฿15,000 bundle which includes:
- 10 entrance tickets
- VIP couch
- 10 glasses of selected drinks
- 1 bottle of Penfolds St.Henri wine
- 1 bottle of Penfolds Bin 311 Chardonnay Tumbarumba

2. Kolourween 2020: The Resurrection

Get raving at Kolourween 2020: The Resurrection which will take place at Escape, EmQuartier, a popular and chic nightspot among Bangkok’s hip partygoers.

This tropical tiki bar will be transformed into an island of the dead with outdoor and indoor DJ booths blasting techno and house tunes as the dancefloor is bathed in glowing blood-red lights and laser beams to set the mood.
The event will also have a costume contest and free face painting for everyone.
Interested? Get a pass to the event at ฿950/pax with 2 free beers. Folks who want a table will have to pay extra but will also get a bottle of their selected liquor.

3. The Haunting Halloween Weekend at Insanity Nightclub

Get hammered at The Haunting Halloween Weekend at one of the city’s well-known clubs Insanity, situated in Sukhumvit Soi 11. The venue will be packed with super FX and shows in full throttle. Did we mention there’ll be free face painting and makeup for all guests?

4. Dia de Muertos – Halloween Party

Celebrate the night of the living dead like at Revolucion, a cocktail bar with rustic Cuban-inspired decor that will make you feel like you’re in Havana, and their Dia de Muertos (Day of the Dead) event.

5. Danse Macabre: Sing Sing’s Halloween Weekend

If you know anything about Sing Sing Theater, it’s their ultra lavish way of partying – and Halloween is no exception. This opulent club will host Danse Macabre: Sing Sing’s Halloween Weekend, a crazy party even the dead will have to dance along to – as they claim.
Anyone over 20 of age is welcome with free entry. Booking tables will also be available at extra cost.

6. Major Cineplex Free Drive-in Theater: Haunted Park

What’s better than watching a horror movie on the Holloween? The answer is watching it with your loved ones at a FREE drive-in cinema!
Major Cineplex wants to make your Halloween special by offering free screenings of Hollywood and Thai classic horror films at their drive-in theatre at Central Festival EastVille which is decorated to look like a haunted theme park.
Showings include Thai horror classics Shutter and Pen Chu Gap Pi.
Note: the participants must be over 13 and must not have any heart conditions.

7. HALLOWEEN BKKFM at Gateway Ekkamai

Although we Thais don’t get to shop for big orange pumpkins at our local farm to carve Jack-O’-Lanterns, we can still get into the spirit by shopping at Bangkok Farmers Market at Gateway Ekkamai.
The market is expected to have a Halloween theme, and can easily be accessed by visitors since it usually takes place on the bridge between the BTS station and the mall.
