Stuffed french toasts with toppings

X-Cuzine’s soft and fluffy french toasts that come with all sorts of toppings is what seems to be the rage, so here’s what to try:

1.Red Carpet

The Red Carpet (฿159) comes with soft white bread stuffed with gooey French cheese, topped with chunks of french strawberries and icing sugar. This reminds us of a deconstructed strawberry cheesecake!

While the cheese gives the dish a salty-and-savoury flavour, it’s well balanced by the sweet strawberries that are doused in syrup for an extra sugary treat.

2. Midnight

Though named Midnight (฿95), we won’t blame you for craving this at any time during the day. Chocolate fans, this is the dessert you’ve been waiting for. Within a pillowy loaf of chocolate bread is a pool of chocolate lava, topped with almonds, chocolate powder, and brûléed bananas. The best part? Everything is coated in more chocolate all over.

3. Moon Light

LeeAnn Rimes once said that we can’t fight the moonlight – and that’s true especially if you’re a salted egg aficionado. At X-Cuzine, Moon Light (฿99) is a salted egg lava filled bread topped with salted egg powder and cheese chunks soaked with more salted egg sauce. Heaven!

Besides stuffed breads, the cafe also sells floats and slushies with flavours like lemonade, red velvet, and coffee.

Not only will its interesting metallic exterior catch your attention, but the cafe also has a little photo-taking spot on the inside for you to get some shots for the gram.
