People in Thailand may get to travel freely again as the government is considering getting all domestic travel bans off the table as the pandemic improves.
Anon Luangboriboon, Deputy Transport Minister, revealed that the ministry will propose a plan to the government to resume all public transportation services, including long-distance buses and trains, on Thursday, 5th June.
If the proposal goes through, it might take effect as soon as this Saturday, 6th June.

Ever since the national curfew started in March, long-haul bus and train services have been cancelled in accordance with the measure as their services exceeded the curfew hours.
On Monday, Transport Co. resumed its intercity bus services for 15 routes between Bangkok and northern, northeastern, and eastern provinces.
However, the company stated that only Thai nationals are allowed to purchase the tickets due to emergency decree restrictions.
The emergency decree is expected to end on 30th June 2020.
This is such good news for we can start travelling cheaply via public buses and trains again.
