Thai woman gets fed up with boss’s complaints
The growth of a business is believed to be propelled by both talented leaders and diligent employees.
Similarly, a company can also burn down in flames if the workers are treated poorly and constantly fed negative words from their seniors.
Here’s the story of Thai woman in Nakhon Pathom who was so fed up with her boss’s complaints that she decided to blow up the oil warehouse at which she worked.

Luckily, there were no reports of deaths, but the arsonist herself got injured from the flame.
At this point of the story, you may be curious what the motive behind this burning is. Let’s read along.
The arsonist did it to get even
When asked why she burned down the oil warehouse where she worked at, Ann told the police that she had been scolded by her boss for months and was fed up with his complaints.

With the fire of anger that she suppressed for long times, Ann decided to get even by setting the oil plant on fire.
She also added that she didn’t expect it to get out of control, and she aimed to only cause a little damage, according to Thairath.
Netizens share their thoughts on the issue
After the story was shared as a post on social media, many netizens posted their comments on the story.

Translation: I understand the feeling of being scolded every day, but it’s all about the law now.
While others thought that Ann shouldn’t have burnt down the oil plant, one Facebook user showed his sympathy towards the arsonist.
We hope that Ann is all right, and that she won’t make a similar life-altering decision again.
Don’t play with fire
What we can learn from this story is that a flame of anger ignited by negative words can cause huge damage to not only people, but also to physical objects.
While we can empathise with the woman’s feelings, revenge isn’t the solution to the problem. Just like one netizen said, it isn’t worth getting even just to feel temporarily satisfied, then suffering forever.
We should learn to filter negativity and balance our thoughts by doing good things for ourselves.
