Heavy rain and floods in Bangkok

After a long week of heavy rain, life in Bangkok is harder than we usually experience. And now, aside from delivering food and other stuff in the rain, some Thai delivery drivers have given themselves the duty to clear Bangkok’s road drainage to decrease the flood levels.

Various provinces all over Thailand experienced heavy rain resulting from the tropical storm Noul. The rain flooded almost every road in Bangkok, leading to jams heavier than usual.

Translation: Everybody should dispose trash properly in a bin. If not, we will get problems from it later like this. Start with yourself and also encourage people around you to do so

After seeing this video, we should be more conscious of our actions and realise the effects of the city’s trash problem.

It is not the responsibility of just the state – we have to do our part to solve this problem too.

That way, no one needs to take risks with germs and bacteria in a flood as this driver did in the future.
