Everybody is doing the best they can to decrease the infection rates of COVID-19.
This week, Phaholpolpayuhasena Hospital in Thailand’s Kanchanaburi province barred people from visiting patients at the hospital from 23rd March 2020 onwards. The hospital said that the decision was made to prevent the risk of COVID-19 spreading any further, and for the safety of their patients.
Phang Nga Hospital and Nakhon Pathom Hospital also launched a similar policy to battle the outbreak.

In their statement, the hospital suggested that relatives contact patients via mobile phone by using the video call function on LINE instead of coming to the hospital in person.
2 people were confirmed to have COVID-19 and are being treated in the province while 17 people were put in quarantine, said Bangkok Post.
This might seem like a bold move from the hospital, but it’s for the patients and healthcare workers’ safety – so, it’s the perfect time to put your smartphone to use.
