Salmon sashimi noodles at Nama Sushi Bar
If you think that enjoying fresh sashimi with wasabi and ponzu sauce sounds perfect enough, it’s time to level up your foodie adventure by trying some salmon soba from Nama Sushi Bar. This new way to eat sashimi might even make you not turn back.
200g of salmon sashimi served with yuzu ponzu
Nama Sushi Bar is a Japanese restaurant in Bangkok which is famous for its signature Salmon Soba (฿390 ~USD12.50).
The item is served in two cups: one holds 200g of raw salmon sliced in thin “noodle” strands, and another is their signature yuzu ponzu sauce.
The best way to savour the item is the same as you would enjoy Japanese cold soba noodles. Dip the sashimi soba into the sauce and slurp the juicy salmon along with the sauce.
The thin salmon noodles are firm and chewy, and go well with the ponzu sauce which is rich and refreshing from the added yuzu.
Aside from salmon soba, you can also try their rice bowls (from ฿320) or order their sushi cakes (from ฿650) for a special occasion, like salmon cake, unagi cake, uni cake, or hotate cake.
