Let’s start with Jay Fai’s signature dish, the Crab Omelette, which is available at ฿1,000 (~USD31). With just one glance at the dish, we know right away why this omelette is like no other.

The dish arrives in a cylinder-like shape, and once you cut through the crispy-yet-soft egg outer shell, you will see that it is brimming with chunks of fresh crab. You can also dip the omelette in sweet chilli sauce to further bring out the umami flavours.

The next recommendation is a special shout out to spice lovers. Phad Kee Mao Talay, translated in English as “Seafood drunken noodles” ฿500 (~USD15.30), comprises of rice noodles stir-fried with spicy sauce, hot chili, and basil.

Furthermore, the dish is cooked on a charcoal stove with high temperatures, which helps deliver smoky tastes.
